The Doctoral Food Engineering program (D.Eng) focuses on creating a high-level researcher trained for 21st century skills to achieve the complex problem solving and critical thinking. An novel knowledge in recent engineering techniques will be researched to synthesize new theories or in-depth solutions to solve the problem related to mechanical design or process for food processing which is an integrated areas between engineering and science.

- Plan 1.1 for applicant with Master degree holder
- Emphasis on research-directed program to create a novel knowledge in food engineering
- Program with Dissertation only: 36 credits
- Additional non-credit courseworks: 7 credits
- Study program duration: 3 years
- Maximum study period: 6 years
Plan 2.1 Research and coursework program Master intake
- Plan 2.1 for applicant with Master degree holder
- Emphasis on research plus coursework program to develop advanced academic and professional knowledge in food engineering
- Program with 12 credit-courseworks and 36 credit-dissertation
- Additional non-credit courseworks: 7 credits
- Study program duration: 3 years
- Maximum study period: 6 years
